For a good reason, the Contour has long been the favorite boot of the K2 women’s team. The mid-to-stiff flexing Contour is a no-bull, feature-forward snowboard boot that prioritizes performance and looks damn good doing it.

The secret to the award-winning fit is our Conda™ liner lacing system. Powered by a BOA® Fit System dial, this forgiving and adjustable harness is designed to pull the user’s heel into the boot’s heel pocket. This urethane-based harness hugs your ankle and flexes naturally. Externally, we started with an articulating cuff to reduce distortion when bending the knee, and we’ve integrated our Flex Zone calf panel at the top of the cuff, helping to keep legs happy all day long. A high-powered BOA® Fit System H4 Coiler closes the shell securely and can be done without removing your gloves. Lastly, to add durability and maintain the boot’s flex over the boot’s lifetime, we constructed the K2 Contour using our Endo™ technology.

Underfoot, they’ve used premium materials to improve damping and grip. The outsole is built using our proprietary This Grips!™ dual-rubber compound to provide excellent grip both on and off the snow. This is all set atop a dual-density midsole comprised of a lightweight EVA and our proprietary Harshmellow™, designed to dampen vibration on rough terrain and cushion big landings.

Lastly, we wrap your feet in a breathable Intuition® Pro Foam 3D liner, fully customizable and heat-moldable to fit the exact shape of your feet, and contains a 95% post-consumer recycled coffee mesh to control foot odor.

Intuition Control Foam 3D Liner

3D Built with a blend of high and medium density Intuition foam, this is our most versatile liner. With internal and external J-Bars and a 3D molded EVA insole, the Intuition Control Foam 3D Liner is built to provide all-day comfort and support.

BOA CONDA

The patented K2 CONDA System allows you to tighten, loosen or adjust your liner on-the-fly – from outside of the boot! The first time you try this, you’ll wonder how you ever rode without it.

How it works: Whether attached to a Boa reel or part of our K2 Conda system, the CONDA minimized harness is securely built into the shell of the boot and tightens around the liner to lock your foot in position. Focus is on the superior ankle support and heel hold. The harness lace is threaded through a floating tongue lace guide, allowing riders to customize fit for maximum comfort.

THE H4 COILER BOA® FIT SYSTEM:

The H4 Coiler BOA® Fit System focuses on the instep of the boot. This feature generates unrivaled heel hold and creates a secure fit for quick edge response.

CONDA™ BOA® LINER LACING:

THIS GRIPS!™ RUBBER OUTSOLE:

ENDO™ 2.0 CONSTRUCTION:

A K2 Snowboarding exclusive, Endo™ Construction, allows us to alter a snowboard boot’s flex, response, and rebound without adding extra materials (extra materials = excess weight). By replacing additional materials with an injected heel counter, adding an extra rebound is as easy as a formula change. In addition, it helps us to provide a more consistent flexing, longer-lasting snowboard boot.

HARSHMELLOW™ VIBRATION DAMPING:

Harshmellow™ is a magical dampening system that replaces industry-standard foam dampening materials. Harshmellow™ is strategically placed to dampen vibration underfoot to provide a more “quiet” feel underfoot, reduce vibration from impact, and reduce fatigue while snowboarding.
